Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Spider Lily Ink website and related services, including consultations, booking requests, deposits, and appointment management. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the site or related services.
Consultations and Booking Requests
Submitting a consultation form or booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointment availability, project fit, artist discretion, and any required follow-up information may affect whether a request is accepted.
Deposits and Payments
Certain appointments may require a deposit. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the amount presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward the related appointment, but they will not be refunded if you cancel, miss your appointment, arrive too late to be seen, or otherwise do not complete the scheduled service.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellation may be subject to timing requirements and deposit rules. Where a specific policy is shown during booking, confirmed by email or message, or otherwise communicated by Spider Lily Ink, that specific policy controls.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
- You are responsible for reviewing appointment details and contacting us promptly if information is incorrect.
- You are responsible for ensuring you meet any age, identification, health, or consent requirements applicable to your appointment.
- You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content through the site.
